October Update | BIG Love to… YOU
Dear Yogis
This month is all about the love…SELF-love. Self-love is about… just that… loving ourselves and in return we can find that we love others better. If you’re not sure what I’m talking about ask yourself this… Does it make you awkward to look in the mirror and speak to yourself and say ‘I love you’? In conversation have you ever spoken to your friend and told them ‘I love myself’? Probably only a tiny percentage of you, if any, are nodding along with me right now. More common is ‘I hate my body’, ‘I’m not good enough’, ‘I wish I had what she/he/they have’.
