I’ve been telling myself this since I first began practicing restorative yoga 6 years ago. It took another teacher to inform me of this and I thank them immensely. I feel it’s only right to pass on the message and tell you the same.
For the past 6 weeks, I’ve been teaching livestream restorative classes every Monday. I’ve been asked how I theme these classes and how I find the content. Honestly, the answer is through my life. Life gives me the content I need to create, to theme, to lead, to teach. So I continue.

Each class is 75 minutes long and I recommend investing in some deliciously luxurious yoga props to fully immerse yourself in the experience. Preferably a bolster, strap, two wooden blocks, cosy blankets, cushions, eye pillow plus your favourite things to make a beautiful nest – think candles, essential oil, dreamy music (or use my playlist).
