There will be delicious buffet brunches with yummy vegan fry ups (scrambled tofu, tomatoes, beans, mushrooms, hashbrowns sourdough toast), overnight oats, fruit, healthy grains, yogurts, baked goods, and more.
For dinner, expect a spread of delicious dishes made with fresh, foraged, and local ingredients will be served. For example, Five bean chilli with rice seasons with locally foraged wild seeds or cauliflower and pea Prashad curry with garlic and vegetable rice, mild, with optional spicy dip for heat lovers!), pakora dippers for side. Followed by delicious deserts such as Chocolate mousse with strawberry sauce or lemon drizzle cake with coconut cream.
