Thank you for your beautiful messages about the current 6 Week restorative yoga course. They mean the world to me and give me the motivation to keep sharing this style of yoga with you that has so immensely and directly impacted my life for the better.

In class, we explored establishing healthy boundaries by asking our body what it needs this season. This takes slowing down and radically listening.
Try the Boundary Bubble technique by spiritual shadow work teacher and applied hypnotherapist Isa Gucciardi in her book Coming to Peace. Have your journal ready.
I strongly encourage you here – don’t fall par to the G.I JOE FALACY that “knowing is half the battle.” Merely knowing something is not enough to actually change your behaviour.
Merely knowing about the above technique is not enough to embody it or put it into practice. By reading the above you have not experienced the above. Your body has a lot to say and holds immense valuable wisdom within in so carve out 10 minutes to try this method and witness what comes up. It’s a whole other thing to actually do the work!
