When entering a new season it’s a wonderful practice to reflect on the time passed and set an intention for the new phase of the year about to begin.
This workshop is sure to shake off the winter blues and move you out of your hibernation gently into Spring! If you’ve been feeling at all sluggish, tired or lacking motivation, this workshop is sure to lift you out of your winter slump.
I’ll be using a mixture of meditation techniques, pranayama (breathing exercises), an invigorating flow and finally some yummy reviving restorative poses. As always there’ll be some essential oil therapy and goodies to take home 😉
